Returns & RMA Policy

We want every buyer to select equipment carefully before ordering. Because professional machinery can be heavy, configured to order or costly to transport, all returns require advance review and written authorization.

Return eligibility

Eligible standard products may be requested for return within 30 days of the invoice date. Items must be unused, complete, in new and resalable condition, and returned with original packaging, manuals, accessories and components. Authorization must be obtained before shipping.

RMA process

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for the request.
2. Wait for written RMA instructions and the approved return location.
3. Repack the product to prevent freight damage.
4. Ship using a trackable, adequately insured service.
5. Include the RMA details with the shipment.

Fees and freight

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Original delivery charges, return freight, residential fees, liftgate fees and other carrier charges are generally non-refundable. Any damage or missing items may reduce or eliminate the refund.

Non-returnable items

Special-order equipment, custom configurations, installed upgrades, used machinery, electrical or fuel-related items that have been placed into service, consumables, opened software, clearance goods and products purchased for resale may not be returnable.

Damaged deliveries

Shipping damage must be reported immediately. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph the packaging and product, retain all materials and contact us promptly.
